Chris (he/him) is a senior counselling psychotherapist and coach.
He is an experienced (jargon alert!) Integrative Counselling Psychotherapist working relationally. He is accredited by and registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) and follows a strict code of conduct and ethics. He is a trauma informed therapist with extensive experience of working therapeutically across a broad range of issues including relationship problems/difficulties, anxiety, trauma, depression, men’s problems, and problematic behaviours which include anger issues or addiction.
He works with adults (18+) and couples (partners/spouses, business partners, bands). He has significant experience of working therapeutically with clients from the music, live events and other creative industries, and is highly experienced working with clients who have a lived experience of ADHD and Autistic Spectrum, and not necessarily with a diagnosis. He also works with people from all walks of life.
He believes an important aspect of therapy is the relationship that develops between the client and therapist so it really doesn’t matter who you are, how old you are, where you come from, what industry you work in; he is on your side, and will ‘have your back’ as you work towards whatever you need from therapy.
Prior to retraining as a therapist, he spent 20 years in the music industry and since then has worked therapeutically with Oscar and Grammy nominees, Mercury Music Prize nominees and winners, and Sundance Film Festival winning artists and production crew members. He advises on wellbeing approaches across the music industry and regularly advocates on conference panels for neurodiversity across the sector.
He also has considerable experience of working with students in higher education/university settings, including several years as counselling /wellbeing head of service at a university.
He is an active member of MITC (Music Industry Therapist Collective), a global reach therapy organisation, a senior psychotherapist/service provider for UK charities including BAPAM (British Association for Performing Arts Medicine), Help Musicians, Music Support, Universal Music Group and Royal Society for Musicians. He is a trustee of Music:Leeds/Launchpad, lectures in counselling and psychotherapy at Leeds Beckett University, and is an accredited Mental Health First Aid (England) Instructor.

Liz (she/her) is an integrative, relational therapist who works from a foundation of compassion and care. The individuals she works with are at the heart of the therapeutic process, and she is
committed to supporting them in making sense of their reality and moving towards greater wellbeing.
“I believe that healing begins in relationship — being truly heard and seen, without judgment.”
Liz was drawn to train as a psychotherapeutic counsellor through noticing the impact life complexities such as life transitions, self-identity, work pressures, family difficulties, parental responsibilities, managing work life balance and past trauma was having on the psychological wellbeing of many she worked alongside. Her passion for helping people and supporting them to maximise their potential and move forward with confidence and clarity
was the catalyst for her career change.
Her background spans corporate (blue-chip and SME) and public sector settings, including education, local authority, and the NHS. She’s also been a stay-at-home mum, which has deepened her empathy and understanding of the challenges many families face. Much of her work has focused on children and families, giving her valuable insight into parenting,
special educational needs, and navigating complex support systems.
She brings nearly eight years of experience in therapeutic roles, including speech and language before psychotherapy and offers a well-rounded, grounded perspective to her work. Her experience includes working with people affected by domestic abuse, anxiety,
complex trauma, loss, and grief—though her work is not limited to these areas. She has supported individuals from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, always prioritizing their unique lived experiences.
“Therapy is a collaborative journey. My goal is to support you in discovering your voice, building strength from within, and finding a way forward that makes sense for you.”
Qualifications & Ethics
“You can be confident that I practice ethically, safely, and with your wellbeing as the priority.”

therapeutic space for you to explore and make sense of whatever you are struggling with. I value the uniqueness of each person and your individual rhythm and pace of exploration are central to my work. I am committed to creating a trauma informed, anti-oppressive, and inclusive therapy space.
Maybe you know exactly what has led you to reach out for therapeutic support. Maybe you cannot exactly put your experience into words. Whatever brought you to therapy will be our starting point for working together.
I view therapy as a collaborative process, and I am an active participant in creating a space where you can explore your concerns. Therapy can include talking, wondering, sensing and moving, and I enjoy including in therapy all the ways we can come to know about who we are.
My foundation is relational and integrative. I see the relationships we form with ourselves, other people and the wider world as foundational for who we are and how we are. The therapeutic relationship can offer you a place to become aware how your relational
patterns may form part of the challenges you face. As an integrative psychotherapist, I am informed by a range of approaches to help me understand and step into the uniqueness of your experience.
I work with adult clients (18+), and I have experience of working with childhood trauma, sexual violence & trauma, relationship challenges, women’s issues, non-normative relationship styles.
I have an interest in working with challenges and hurts experienced in religious contexts and communities.
Before beginning my therapy training, I have worked in a number of varied roles, from manual labour, to nursery practitioner and charity support worker. I hold a BA in linguistics and MA in Sociology. I can offer therapy in Danish and English.

Hello, I’m Mihaela, a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy–accredited counsellor and psychotherapist. My work is centred
on building a genuine, trusting relationship because I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be yourself.
Rather than giving advice or quick fixes, I work collaboratively with you. I’ll listen carefully, reflect on what I notice, and work alongside you to make sense of what feels confusing or heavy. If you’ve been through difficult or painful experiences, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Therapy with me is about understanding yourself with more compassion, not judgment.
I work with young adults (19+) and adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, loss, and unresolved past experiences. Alongside my private practice, I also support women within a perinatal team, working with those who are pregnant or who have been pregnant within the past year. This has deepened my sensitivity to the emotional impact of life transitions, identity changes, and grief.
Clients often say they leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, I aim to offer a space where you can slow down, untangle what’s going on, and move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.
I offer therapy in both English and Romanian.
