We welcome newly emerging and established therapeutic professionals to our stylish, uncluttered, quiet, tranquil rooms, located in a highly desirable central location within easy reach for your clients.
Our mission and offer is simple; inexpensive, high quality, tastefully decorated, comfortable therapy rooms set in a gorgeous Grade 2 listed building in a highly desirable Leeds city centre location, with no deposits or membership fees, a simple rolling monthly agreement and the lowest city centre room rental cost.
We’ve experienced the challenges of setting up and running a therapy private practice so it’s our aim to keep it simple and flexible so that together we can support the constantly increasing demand for our important and much need therapeutic services.
Our rooms are a warm, lovely place to work from, but don't take our word for it, get in touch, say hello and arrange a visit- there'll be a brew waiting and a chance to look around so you can get a sense of whether the rooms work for you.

- Professionally qualified through accredited training
- Registered with an appropriate Member Association (BACP, UKCP, BPS, NCPS etc.)
- Hold professional insurance
We'll ask you to provide copies of all the above.
